Find your home as easy as 6 steps
1. Let's meet!
This will give you a feel for what it will be like working together. We'll chat about your wants, needs, and dreams, and how we can make it happen. Additionally, we can pre-approve you for a mortgage. This will help us focus on properties within your price range and give sellers confidence in the offer you submit.
2. Find your dream home
The most exciting part of the process, once you get pre- approved for a mortgage, we will begin shopping for your new home! Aside from setting up an automatic search, we will scan the market daily for new listings, suggest hidden gems, arrange showings, and give you pointers that will help you find your dream home for the right price, ultimately taking the stress off your shoulders.
3. Make Offer
We will craft a fair offer based on comparable homes on the market, the listing price, and the current market environment. We will guide you through the negotiation process to reach an agreement you're satisfied with.
4. Inspection and appraisal
Your offer will usually be contingent on having the home inspected to make sure there are no major structural damages or repairs needed. We will help you schedule this (and either renegotiate or move forward based on the results) while your lender appraises your new home.
5. Closing day
The day you get the keys to your new home is finally here! After signing the lender and title paperwork, the home transfer will be complete, and the house will be yours!
6. Congratulations
Once you have closed on your home and received the keys, you can move in and get settled.
